The management of complex airway disorders is challenging, as the stent placement usually results in several complications. Tissue reaction to foreign body, poor mechanical properties and inadequate fit are some reported problems. For this reason, design customized biomedical devices improve accuracy clinical has recently gained interest. aim present study introduce a parametric tool for new tracheo-bronchial that could be capable improving performances commercial devices. proposed methodology based on computer aided software finite element modeling. computational validated by parallel experimental work includes production selected configurations using 3D printing technology their compressive test.
